Found the program WindHop at
http://www.snowpile.com/wndhop.html
It allows you to shit the active window between multiple monitors by pressing [WIN]+[Enter]
Works brilliantly on a dual monitor system (XP, takes up less than a MB of memory and virtually no processor time)
