Everytime i start a game my secondary screen always shifts all the windows to either the left or the right. The Resolution will stay but the windows would come together on one side . I would have them spread out evenly across the second monitor, i start anygame on the primary and the 2nd screen windows all shift.

What could this be and how do i solve it?

This happens if the game changes the display resolution, and your secondary monitor is to the right of the primary.

As a workaround, either run the game at the resolution of the primary, or use UltraMon to temporarily move the secondary monitor to the left of the primary, for example with a display profile or by customizing the game's shortcut.

Can you explain how i would do either one of those things?

Would it be possible to work that into the program as a bug fix?

This is an issue with Windows, not UltraMon. The problem seems to be that if a game uses DirectX to change the display resolution, Windows doesn't adjust the position of applications on secondary monitors after the resolution has been changed.

To create a display profile, choose Display Profiles > New Display Profile from the UltraMon menu, then drag the secondary monitor to the left of the primary using the mouse. You should also create a default profile so that you can return to your standard configuration.

To customize the game's shortcut, right-click the shortcut, choose Properties from the menu, switch to the UltraMon - Display tab, click use custom settings, then adjust the position of the secondary monitor as described above.
If you click on the shortcut to start the game, UltraMon will adjust the display configuration before launching the game.
