I would like to know if i can run ICQ on a secundary monitor with ultramon?

You should be able to move ICQ to a secondary monitor with a 'move window' hotkey, but I haven't tested with the latest ICQ version.
Once the window has been moved, don't resize or move it again, otherwise it will get moved right back to the primary.

I was able to move the ICQ contact list window (latest version) to secondary monitors however if you move or resize it - it defaults instantly back to the primary monitor.
