Hello!
I have Nvidia TNT2 M64 and Cirrus Logic 5430/5440 cards on an Athlon 900.
It worked fine on win98SE. But then I upgraded to WinXP and when I boot it with the Cirrus as primary in BIOS, the windows locks up probably when trying to switch to graphic mode. Any kind of graphic safe modes lock second after choosing it.
Selecting the Cirrus as secondary boots well, but of course doesn't work saying there are problems with the driver.
I have seen in the database people that did boot well with this card on XP. It even works under linux.
What could be the problem?
