I am working with multiple monitors that are very different in size and my cursor is always catching on the corners of the larger monitor when moving to the smaller. Is there a setting to keep the mouse from snagging at the corners?

What you could do is align the two monitors at the top, this way you can easily move the mouse between monitors by moving it along the top of the screen.
You can do this via Display Properties or UltraMon menu > Display Settings.
