Forums -> UltraMon™ -> 4 fullscreen PDFs + 4 monitors = no joy

Hello,

I'm running Windows 10 32 bit, and 4 monitors total, 3 of them off a Dell USB hub using the DisplayLink driver. The 4 monitors work fine and I can open 4 different PDFs using Adobe Reader DC (with the /n switch) and then manually move each PDF to the screen I want for a digital menu. But, automating this process has not gone smoothly! I've tried several utilities and this one seems most promising, especially with the multiinstanceadobereader script. I've tried with both Reader DC and X, always with protected mode off, and still no joy. Also tried the shortcut windows settings, hasn't happened properly there either.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

Can you send me the script you were using to support@realtimesoft.com?

This works fine for me with Reader DC on Windows 10, but I had to modify the script to use the /n switch as you mentioned. Disabling protected mode wasn't necessary.

Email sent. I was unable to add the /n switch. Hopefully that's the only missing piece of the puzzle.

Thank you.

In case it helps future viewers of this forum: The new script works brilliantly with Acrobat DC once I changed the text size to 100% on all 4 monitors.

Thanks for the excellent support!
