Please save a crash dump when you get this the next time. To do this, run regedit.exe and go to the key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Windows Error Reporting, then create a new subkey there named LocalDumps. When UltraMonTaskbar.exe crashes the next time, a crash dump will be created in C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\CrashDumps.

Let me know once you have the crash dump, I can then send you a link to upload it to our server.

Done

Thanks for the crash dumps.

I looked at the most recent one, what happens is that a graphics-related operation fails, UltraMon then tries to show an error screen, but instead the process gets terminated. I guess the Smart Taskbar works fine if you restart it? You can do this via UltraMon menu > Smart Taskbar > Enable.

From the other issue with the icons my guess would be that something odd goes on when the system resumes from sleep, maybe an issue with the video card driver. If you didn't already have the latest drivers I would have recommended a driver upgrade.

here's the thing now,
i'm searching about this appcrash last night and found an article
How To Fix Appcrash “Some Programs” Has Stopped Working ?

so, i tried as they said

Open the Startmenu and click Control Panel
Browse to System Maintenancethen System
In the left side, select Advanced System Settings
System Properties Window comes up. Select the setting from the top named Performance.
Select Data Execution Prevention.
Select Turn on DEP for all programs and services except those I select.
Use the Browsebutton to locate your file. I my case my internet explorer is not working so I’m searching for main internet explorer file and makes it in exceptions list.
Click Applyor OK .

I'm not sure what would cause this, but it seems unlikely that this would be related to UltraMon.

To confirm this, check if you still have the problem if UltraMon isn't running or installed, you can close UltraMon via right-click on the UltraMon icon in the system tray, then select Close from the menu.
