I have two monitors attached via hdmi cable to my hp computer. i view my security cameras on monitor 2, but when i make it full screen, it jumps to the primary monitor 1 and show full screen on primary monitor. how do i keep it on the same secondary monitor? I downlaoded utlramon but there is no move window bar when the video is full screen. Any suggestions?

You could try if you can move the fullscreen window back to the secondary monitor via hotkey, to do this go to UltraMon Options > Hotkeys and create a 'Move window to next monitor' hotkey.
