what it says on the tin. i recently upgraded to windows 10, and can't seem to replicate my preferred behavior.
before:
left (secondary) monitor, taskbar vertically on the right right (primary) monitor, taskbar vertically on the left
to simulate them being together in the center. now, i can't figure out how to set only the secondary taskbar's location.
any advice is welcome!

To do this, make sure the taskbars aren't locked, then grab a free area on the taskbar with the mouse and drag it to the desired screen edge.
