Windows 10
Hotkeys to
Tile windows horizontally Ctrl + H
Tile windows vertically Crtl + V
Tile windows horizontally on monitor with mouse
Ctrl + M
These don't work. Used to work fine in Windows XP
Have not tried other hotkeys in Win 10, suspect they might not work either

'Tile all windows horizontally' works fine for me, I tested on Windows 10 version 1607.
Maybe it's the specific key combination you're using which doesn't work, what happens if you use CTRL+ALT+H instead?
