On Windows 10, ultraMon no longer adds its own taskbars.
Some programs occur freezing phenomenon on the taskbars of the windows 10.
The ultramon, it works well without a freezing phenomenon.
Therefore ultramon have to support own taskbars on windows 10.

Currently there are no plans for this.
You can still use the old taskbar on Windows 10 with UltraMon 3.3.0, but this isn't supported and may not work at all. For more on this look for the UmTbarWin7LegacyMode setting in the release notes.
