Good morning, I recently moved to Skype for Business which is essentially Lync 2013. We're in a pilot demo at work. I noticed in individual chat windows that the span and move to other monitor buttons halfway overlap the standard Windows minimize button. You can still use the minimize button, you just have to sneak up on it from the right hand edge. We're still on version 3.1. Have you seen this before?

I haven't tested with this application, but with UltraMon 3.3.0 you can adjust the window button placement for each application. To do this, go to UltraMon Options > Compatibility, then configure settings for Skype and set the custom button spacing option.
3.3.0 is a free upgrade if you're currently on 3.1.0.
