I have a 4K monitor and a 1080p monitor. I would like to clone the image on the 4K monitor to the 1080p monitor but when I put the displays in Clone mode in Windows, both the monitors run at 1080p.

I tried using UltraMon to mirror and resize the 4K image and it works, but it's very slow because I presume it only uses the CPU to process the image.

Could the developers make UltraMon work with GPU to improve image capture and scaling performance?

It's possible that this would improve scaling performance, but I'm not sure if that's the bottleneck.

How is performance if you uncheck the 'shrink mirror image' option? This way only the center portion of the screen will get mirrored, no scaling.
