Are wallpaper choices saved in the Display profile?
Or are only what is in the Display settings saved in the Display profile?

Only the display settings (resolution, monitor position, etc), but it would be possible to use a script or batch file to load both a display profile and a wallpaper, let me know if you're interested in this.
