On my second monitor , when I hav eto add an image to a (website, meetup, etc) The upload screen popup auto-zooms. And I can't reduce it. On my primary screen (attached to my laptop) it does not do this.

Might be due to per-monitor DPI/font scaling, which version of Windows are you using?
