The Move and Maximize UltraMon buttons do not show up in my WinXP Pro/Radeon 9000 Pro/Dual Gateway VX920 system.
Yes, I have checked the appropriate boxes in the Options dialog box.

If you have HydraVision running as well, you either need to disable the HydraVision window buttons or add some custom spacing under Options > Window Title Bar.
Other potential issues:
- if you are using a third-party visual style, please let me know which one
- make sure both monitors are recognized by UltraMon (UltraMon menu > About shows system information). If UltraMon only sees a single enabled monitor, the window buttons don't get added.

I rebooted my machine, and lo and behold, the buttons showed up.
