Hello Christian,
My problem is that all open apps appear only on my primary monitor taskbar. The other feature for Taskbar Configuration -- Standard Primary Mirror -- also does not work; when I drag an app to the second montior the icon does not move with it, it remains on the primary monitor. But the Mirror configuration does work - all icons are on both monitors. Can you help? Thank you

Not sure what would cause this, works fine for me with Excel 2016 on Windows 10.
Please note that the built-in multi-monitor taskbar gets used on Windows 8 and later, UltraMon doesn't add its own taskbars.
One thing you could check: right-click the taskbar and select Settings from the menu, then under Multiple Displays check if 'Show taskbar buttons on' is set to 'Taskbar where window is open'.
