We use a domain with several users (local government). Is it possible to use the same settings for all domain users on a specific computer? We want to use UltraMon to lock the user's mouse and apps to the primary monitor. The secondary monitor is intended for a clients display. The program that utilize this secondary screen can overrule ultramon. It would be nice if we can apply this setting on a machine level instead of user level. Can you help us out?

That's not supported, settings are always per user.
But I guess you're using a script to detach the secondary monitor? In that case you could place the script into the C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\StartUp folder, this way the script would get executed for each user upon login.

A script would be a solution. I've spoken to our system engineer. He can create an app-v (virtual) package including the required registry settings. This app-v package will be assigned to the designated systems. I think this way we also archieve our goals.
