My Basic Questions are:
When a new monitor is connected, what events will be fired, and which part of SDK can my app use to catch the events?
Which function should be called to extend desktop to newly connected monitor..

UltraMon doesn't provide any events/notifications, if you want to do this via UltraMon you would need to periodically check for display configuration changes.
