RDWeb remote app is not functioning correctly, especially when the remote app initiates a popup. popup window resolves behind primary window and results in locking access to both windows.
in single window mode minimizing causes application to move to another monitor (mon #2 in my case) although it can be brought back to the foreground with a rightclick restore.

Are you sure this is related to UltraMon? I haven't noticed any issues when running remote apps on Windows 10 with UltraMon running (remote apps are running on Server 2016).
BTW, what is single window mode?
