Ever since upgrading to recent versions of Windows 10 (currently on 1709) a script I use to move the Windows Taskbar to another monitor stopped working reliably. It still works some of the time but most of the time the mouse cursor just flashes to the taskbar and nothing happens.
The script is basically the same thing as https://www.realtimesoft.com/ultramon/scripts/ApplyProfileAndMoveWinTbar.vbs which I tested and it does the same thing.
Any thoughts on why it's not working?

I've been able to reproduce the issue (UltraMon 3.4.0 on Windows 10 1709), will look into this.

Did you ever get a chance to figure out what Windows 10 changed to break this functionality?

I haven't looked into this yet, but it's on the to-do list for the next release.

OK, thanks. I can at least confirm that there has been no change in build 1803 of Windows 10.

Just tested on the new version of UltraMon and this is still an issue. Any update?

3.4.1 only adds support for version 1809 of Windows 10, there are no other fixes/new features.

Just an FYI that the issue is still present on Windows 10 1809.
