I was wondering if someone has ever removed a couple of LCD's from their bezels and put them up against each other and ran them that way. Would they cause any interference with each other? And would they need to be shielded in some way?

Allot of the larger LCD's have large bezels. So when you put them together there is around 2 to 4 inches between the screens.

So would it be possible to remove the bezels and mount the screens close to each other?

Has no one done this or heard about what might happen if this is done?

not on the 15 and bigger scale BUT i have seen quite a few 5" LCDs mounted right up against each other and against a full size flat panel. since the 5" LCD is sold to be mounted in a car (i.e. dvd playback), it doesnt have a case of any kind. i think it's only the CRTs that require sheilding b/c of the tubes
