The first issue occurs because sending a message to UltraMonUiAcc.exe fails for an unknown reason. UltraMonUiAcc.exe is used to add window buttons etc to applications running with elevated privileges (as administrator). Have you noticed anything which seems to cause the issue? Do the window buttons work with some elevated applications, for example the registry editor, regedit.exe?
The second issue occurs because UltraMonTaskbar.exe fails to install a hook in the explorer.exe process (which handles the taskbars), apparently due to being denied access. Do the affected systems have security software installed which could prevent this? The hook gets installed if 'remove Start button' or 'enable thinner vertical taskbars' from UltraMon Options > Taskbar Extensions is enabled, or if the taskbar is disabled for a monitor via UltraMon Options > Ignored Monitors, setting 'don't add taskbar'.
