After auto install of Windows Feature Update 1803, All my wallpapers are no longer being referenced.
As this also affected my Start 10 tooling, I immediately rolled back to previous restore point.
Will there be an update to Ultramon that addresses this or any other problems resulting from Windows update 1803.

Works fine for me with 1803, what happened if you went to UltraMon menu > Wallpaper and selected a different wallpaper?

All my wall papers were missing from the 'Wallpaper' page and browse was disabled.

Sounds like an issue with the user data folder, UltraMon looks for the wallpaper profiles under C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Realtime Soft\UltraMon\<version>\Wallpapers.
The browse button being disabled if no profile is present is normal, you would need to create a new profile first via the 'New profile' button.

This just started happening after the 1803 update. I receive the following error when trying to switch Wallpaper profiles (which are there in the directory you mention above.
UltraMon Desktop encountered a fatal error and will exit. Version: 3.4.0 OS: 10.0 ver 1803 x64 Source file: WallpaperUtil.cpp Line:184 Return Value: -2147467259 Last Error:32

Bob, the error you get means that UltraMon failed to update the wallpaper bitmap (UltraMon Wallpaper.bmp) stored in folder C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Realtime Soft\UltraMon.
I would try the following: delete the wallpaper bitmap manually, then try if you can switch wallpaper profiles again.
