My Geforce 4 is fighting tooth and nail for irq 9, but so is my tvtuner, there isnt anything else on irq 9 except the irq holder for pci steering, but it works with that, ive tried removing the tv tuner and working like that and it does great, but its a hassle to remove all 9000 wires from the back of my system every time i want to surf the internet cause IE causes a crash in this configuration.
