OK, Im just about ready to send nuclear warheads heading to the Micrs&*&(*t offices. Need another brain to think this one thru!
I had my system running 2 monitors for some time now but had some other issues so I decided it was time for a re-install. zipped thru that with just my AGP video card in (like I did last time) then threw in my PCI video card....now this stupid thing locks up during the "white screen of pain" IE: the windows boot up screen. NO HARDWARE was changed at ALL! Just a simple re-install! The system will boot fine with the AGP card in, or the PCI card but not with both....I dont get it, is win2k that freaking stupid!
Here's the hardware list:
Asus A7N8X mobo
"Mean Dog" GeForce 4 AGP video card
Jaton PCI video card
and of course windows 2000
Any & all help would be mucho appreciato, Im am so sick of this nonsense I could scream (actually have a few times)
