How do i edit the scripts so that i can get the actual program of Photoshop to stay on my 2nd monitor?

You could do this with the PositionApp script, set APP_EXE on line 1 to photoshop.exe, and DEST_MON on line 2 to the number of the monitor where the application should get moved.
