I have a HP Laptop and Dock.
Supports 3 monitors, printer etc.
Every time my Laptop goes to sleep, I have to reset each monitor and reassign the programs running on each monitor.
Is this normal or am I missing a setting?
If this is normal, I guess it makes Ultramon useless?

This isn't handled by UltraMon, not sure though what might cause this, on my system windows don't get rearranged after resuming from sleep.
You could use UltraMon to save/restore window positions, but would need to do this manually before and after resuming from sleep. If you're interested in this let me know.
