I purchased the Ultramon license last week on 10/24 and still haven't seen any emails regarding a receipt or a license key. On Friday 10/26 I sent an email to support@realtimesoft.com requesting an update on those emails, but still haven't heard back. I'd like someone to contact me about this as we need to get this software installed and working ASAP.

Most likely the issue is due to spam filtering, I have sent you the mails for your order from my personal Gmail account.
