I wish too have the same image on two LCD displays which can use 3D hardware acceleration on both and is not too exspensive. i was looking at the g450 but its 3D is lacking compared to newer cards these days. is there any better card or method out there.

A GeForce card and a VGA splitter may be a good solution, but I don't know how good the image quality of those splitters is. See the FAQ for more on this.

I've had good experiences with splitters in a variety of contexts. (Example: Conference with an LCD projector for the audience. Put a monitor, or better yet a flat panel, on or next to the podium, for the benefit of whomever is presenting. Use a VGA splitter to send the video signal to both destinations. If you use sufficiently high quality VGA cables, this approach is actually highly scalable via cascading splitters -- I've used as many as four splitters in series, depending on cabling needs, though a hierarchical approach is more desirable if feasible. Nonetheless, see http://cyber.law.harvard.edu/people/edelman/mmarchive/ICANN_Yokohama/NC%5FTables%5F2%2Ejpg for a bit of inspiration as to what is possible.)

http://www.kvms.com/k/nav/cat.asp?cat=46 has a nice list of available splitters. I've been pleased with the Belkin Expandviews (4 and 8-out models available). Not the cheapest, according to the KVMs.com comparison, and maybe actually not the best, but easily available through standard channels, and fine for my needs. (Plus I've got a bunch of them, and standardization is important to me, so I haven't changed.) Hope this is helpful.
