I have setup a screen saver for both of my monitors which turns on after 10 minutes of inactivity. That works fine. However, I would like both monitors to go into Power Saving mode after 15 minutes of inactivity. Is it possbile to do this?

This can't be configured using UltraMon, you'll need to go to Control Panel > Power Options. You can then set the monitors to be turned off after 15 minutes.
