After checking the posts I've found out that I just wasted a few hours by trying to use my onboard graphics card (Geforce2 on nForce MB) in a dual monitor setup with my installed Geforce3 Ti 500 AGP card.

I would still like dual monitor support as I am trying to mod games (currently Morrowind) and my 17" display is not enough space. I would like the render window on one monitor and all the tables on the other. The Geforce3 seems to have a S-video port, a DVI port, and a RGB port. I have been wanting to buy an LCD screen for a while now and would like to use this as an excuse. I would like to know what my options are to achieve my desired results.

System:
Windows XP
nForce MB with Geforce2 integrated GPU
Geforce3 Ti 500 AGP
17" CRT monitor
15" CRT monitor
(Potentially 15" LCD)

I guess my main question is could I get dual monitor support with this, or do I need a new graphics card that explicitly supports dual monitors (or by one that uses PCI)?

im not shur the gf 3 ti line suported dual monitors i know my gf 3 ti 200 dont. but your card has the dvi port try this go get a dvi to vga adaptor for around $7 off the net and plug both monitors in. thats the cheapest thing to try.
if that dont work i would then look at a cheap pci card like a gf 2 mx. and last i would look at a new card. so far i have tryed ati 9700pro, ati 8500, gf fx 5200 and a gf 3 ti 200 with a gf 2 mx and all worked fine for dula setups. if you try a pci card stay with the same type like nvida that way you dont have driver problems you can use the same driver for both cards.
