I'm on 64 bit Windows 10 Enterprise and using Firefox 64 and don't have any ultra-mon buttons. I don't see them on Chrome v73 either, but they are on IE 11 (which I never use).
If I upgrade to FF 67, will that solve the problem, or is there something else I could do?

Make sure you have UltraMon 3.4.1 installed, the buttons work fine for me with Firefox 64 through 66 and Chrome 73.
