Hello:
I just did a clean installed Win 10, 64-bit, v. 1903. After I switched and logged in as the built-in administrator, and then switched back and logged in as me (also administrator, I believe), the start button and Notification areas are no longer on the primary monitor.
Has anyoneexperienced this, and/or does anyone have an explanation and/or a solution?

Solved. I simply set the "wrong" monitor as Primary, and then set the "right" monitor as Primary, and I am back in business.
