I upgraded from Win 10 ver 1803 to 1903.
My AVG anti-virus no longer worked, and couldn't be fixed, reinstalled, or uninstalled.
UltraMon also had issues, so I upgraded from 3.4.0 to 3.4.1.
Since there was no fix for the anti-virus issue, I "downgraded" - did a recovery back to Win 10 ver 1803.
UltraMon no longer works. Though it's still installed. If I try to REPAIR or UNINSTALL, I get the same error message:
===
Failed to load resource DLL 'UltraMonRes.dll'. Try repairing your installation of UltraMon, and make sure all language packs have the correct version, version 107 is required.
===
So I'm stuck with a corrupted install.
Wondering how to get it properly off the system, so I can do a fresh install?
Thanks.

To fix this, download MsiZap.exe, then open a command prompt as administrator and run the following command:
MsiZap.exe TW {2CB51501-DA86-4216-9C9B-2C52A64BA047}
This will remove the installer data for UltraMon, you should then be able to install 3.4.1 again.
