One of my clients (dental office) has been using UM for all their workstations, but I believe it's having issues now that we're upgrading them to Win10. More specifically, every time we launch Eaglesoft 19 (their practice management software) UltraMon will disappear from Sys Tray.
When I launch Eaglesoft first and try to open UltraMon, the following error will pop up:
"UltraMon encountered a fatal error and will exit.
More information: Version: 3.4.0
OS: 10.0 ver 1809 x64

Any ideas?

Upgrading to 3.4.1 should fix this, you'll need this for version 1809 and later of Windows 10.
