hi, does anyone know if the program can stop applications automatically opening on my third monitor unless I specifically drag the application to that monitor?
if so which feature refers to this function?

There's no built-in support for this, but it should be possible to do this with a custom script, the script would run in the background and move all newly launched apps away from monitor 3. Let me know if you're interested in this.
