Is there any way to make Ultramon open a new window on the same screen from which you invoked the window, e.g., double-clicking a shortcut.

To set this up, right-click the shortcut and select Properties from the menu, then select the UltraMon - Window tab and set the monitor option to 'Monitor with Mouse'.
