I have Windows 10, v 1909, and UltraMon, of course.
The issue is that *sometimes*, when I move a window to a different monitor (I have three), the taskbar icon remains in the taskbar of the original monitor.
Is this an UltraMon issue?

It's not an UltraMon issue as the built-in multi-monitor taskbar gets used on Windows 8 and later, UltraMon doesn't add its own taskbars.
This could occur if Windows can't correctly track the position of an application due to how the application is designed.
