I have a client who's a dentist. He has 5 op room each computer has 3 monitors. He would like for all applications to always open on monitor1 no matter where they were closed.
Is this possible with Ultramon? If so how?

You could do this with the PositionAllApps script, you'll need to change the DEST_MON option on line 1 of the script.
I would recommend testing this with your specific applications, UltraMon may not be able to move all applications.
