Forums -> UltraMon™ -> Windows 10 and RTSUltraMonHook.dll error

My corporate a couple months ago upgraded us to Windows 10 1909. Ever since the upgrade I get an error when running the Microsoft Remote Assistance program. It pops up something about "RTSUltraMonHook.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error". After some googling, I discovered it has something to do with the Ultramon and taskbar handling. Unfortunately every time I need to run MSRA I have to shut down Ultramon or it won't run. Has anyone else seen this issue or have a fix for it?

Disabling UltraMon features for the application will fix this, to do this go to UltraMon Options > Compatibility, click on Configure Settings, then click on Browse and select msra.exe from the folder C:\Windows\System32.

On the next page check the options 'disable window buttons', disable menu commands' and 'disable dragging of maximized windows'.
