What's the best DVD player for a Dual/Multi Monitor system?

I'm using WinDVD right now and it won't display anything if I have both monitor enabled...

I'm having the same problem, using both PowerDVD and Windows Media Player...I'm beginning to think it's a copywrite measure...I have my system set up to make the primary display the Monitor, and the secondary display is my TV...to play video to the TV, I have to set it to be the primary display, at least for the duration of the movie. Does anyone know a fix?

Nah, it looks like it's a primary display thing, i.e. that part of the hardware accel. driver doesn't support it. Maybe we need to use a DVD player that uses a software decoder??

i thought it was an overlay issue? if it was a decoding issue, couldnt you just untick 'use hardware acceleration' or whatevers in the dvdplayer options?

you need a video card that supports overlays on both monitors... not many do
