I would like to use monitor #2 for a teleprompter. How do I flip monitor #2 or maybe just a window horizontally?

UltraMon can do this when you mirror monitor 1 on 2, go to UltraMon menu > Mirroring > Settings to set up mirroring, then look for the flip option on the last page of the settings wizard.
