Asking for help for one of my colleagues who uses UltraMon. Periodically she will get a "Windows cannot connect to such and such shared drive" error. This is not so bad, but when it happens, something causes her left monitor to glitch out. Whatever window is open on that monitor will become immovable and uncloseable without first snapping it to a different monitor. There is also black space created on the top portion of the monitor, and the frozen applications are forced down a bit. Any help would be appreciated!

Not sure what would cause this, to check if this is related to UltraMon, close UltraMon via UltraMon menu > Close when the issue occurs the next time and check if this has any effect.
