When I opened the *Options* dialog this morning, it was roughly 2000 pixels high and does not offer any ability to resize. The bottom 2/3 of the dialog were off the bottom of my primary screen but, luckily, that screen is 2160 pixels high, so I was able to reach the buttons to close the dialog. I posted a full screen shot at

If I drag the settings dialog to another screen, it adjusts to the correct size and keeps that size when returned to screen #1 (my primary.)

Do you have the same issue each time you open options? What about other dialog screens, for example UltraMon menu > Display Settings?
