Go to UltraMon Options > Compatibility, then configure settings for Kofax Power PDF and check the 'force window buttons' option. I also had to set custom button spacing, 40 pixels worked fine on my system.
This is with UltraMon 3.4.1 and Kofax Power PDF 4.0.0.2.0.20604 on Windows 10 version 21H1.
