We would like to use group policy if possible, or a script of some kind to set the hotkeys for all users and workstations we have Ultramon installed on. Essentially we want to set the hotkeys to a default so we don't have to configure them every time a new user uses the machine, so that the hotkeys are standard between everyone that uses it

For users who haven't logged onto the machine yet you could set this up with the DefaultSettingsForNewUsers script, for existing accounts you could export the hotkey settings to a .reg file and import them by running the .reg file for each user.
To do this, run regedit.exe, then right-click the key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Realtime Soft\UltraMon\<version>\Hotkeys and select Export from the menu.
