For years I've been able to just drag a web page, document, spreadsheet, photo, or anything else, from one monitor to the next by just clicking on the toolbar at top and dragging it. Now, when I try that, the window pops back to the original monitor. The only way I can move it to the other monitor is to make the page smaller and then drag is successfully. I do not mean minimize it completely, but hit that button on the top toolbar that makes the window smaller.
I can't figure out which UltraMon control to adjust to fix this. Can anyone help? Thanks

Under UltraMon Options > General, is 'enable moving of maximized windows using the mouse' checked?

Are you on Windows 11 version 22H2? I'm seeing that issue there, not sure yet if a fix is possible.

Yes, Windows 11 version 22H2. I never had the problem before, it must have been an automatic upgrade to the system. I'll keep checking back to see if you come up with a solution. Thanks.
