I used win2k for a while running a Matrox G400 and a S3 Virge. But I had a video prob so I played with the display properties. After applying something it gave an error about that something happened to desk.cpl So I went to MS knowdlegde base followed the instructions. Still the same prob. So went to Matrox website followed those instructions. Well they worked but I had to boot with the G400 as first display adapter because if I booted up with the pci card as first adapter it would give me the same error.
Hope someone can help me out.
