Set mouse color on primary monitor to yellow. When mouse moves secondary monitor, it changes back to white. How do I keep the mouse color between monitors?

I don't know what might cause this, works fine for me on Windows 10. I just did a quick test though, changed the mouse color and checked if it was yellow on both monitors.
